Figure gives an illustration of deep machine learning with Bayesian network. In contrast to BMJ machine learning, the NEJM deep learning not only presents three sets of significant IAF, MTF, and PPF but also give three further complex relationships of IAF, MTF, and PPF in relation to three corresponding diseases, AA, subclinical CRC, and clinical CRC. Four BN methods are illustrated including Naïve, Markov blanket tree, augmented tree and parent-child pairs.
